What are spice levels?

Spice controls the intimacy and tone of your letters. Level 0 is warm and atmospheric. Level 1 adds romantic warmth and tension. Level 2 is deeply charged. Level 3 (18+ verified only) is Nothing Withheld — completely unguarded. You can change your level anytime in Settings.

Do personas remember what I write?

Yes. Every reply you send is stored as part of your ongoing correspondence. Your persona references previous conversations, remembers details you share, and evolves the relationship over time.

Can I switch personas?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Depending on your plan, you can correspond with 1, 3, or all 20 personas simultaneously. Each maintains their own separate memory and relationship with you.

What about the images in letters?

Each letter may include a generated image — a visual moment from the letter's narrative. Images match your spice level and the persona's appearance remains consistent across all their letters.

Is my data private?

Can I get letters by email?

Yes. When enabled, new letters are delivered to your inbox as beautifully formatted emails. You can manage this in Settings.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your letter history is preserved in case you return.

I'm feeling emotionally affected. Is that normal?
