We collect your email address, display name, and preferences (persona choice, spice level, mood). Your letter correspondence is stored to maintain continuity. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

2. How we use your data

Your data powers your personal experience: generating contextual letters, maintaining memory across correspondence, and delivering letters via email when enabled. Generated images are stored securely and visible only to you.

3. Data storage

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Servers are located in the Asia-Pacific region. We retain data for as long as your account is active.

4. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (authentication session). No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics that identify you personally.

6. Age requirement

DreamReply requires users to be 18 years of age or older. We verify age through self-declaration. Nothing Withheld content (Level 3) is gated behind additional age verification.
