1. Nature of the service
DreamReply is an interactive fiction platform. All personas are fictional characters. Correspondence is generated for entertainment and emotional companionship purposes only. DreamReply is not a dating service, counselling service, or substitute for real human relationships.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use DreamReply. By creating an account you confirm this. Nothing Withheld content (Level 3) requires additional age verification. Providing false age information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Content
Letters and images are generated dynamically and may contain romantic or mature content depending on your chosen intensity level. You control the intensity through your settings. DreamReply is not responsible for emotional responses to fictional content.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if fewer than 5 letters have been generated.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use DreamReply to generate content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios, or content that violates applicable law. Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
Generated letters and images are licensed to you for personal use. You may not redistribute, publish, or commercialise generated content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
DreamReply is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about availability, content quality, or emotional outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
